Brenda’s Dip

1 can lentils
1 can black beans
1 can niblet corn
1 cup chopped onion
1 red pepper finely chopped
3 stalks celery finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
equal parts vinegar : sugar : oil (about 1/2 cup of each)
I also add a little hot sauce to taste

Mix it all together and try not to eat it all in one sitting. (yeah right!)
